This Privacy Policy details the policies governing use of personally identifiable information about users of Certified Organic Business Solutions, LLC’s Good Agricultural Practices Professional (“GAP Pro”) Internet web site (“Site”) located at the URL www.GAP-Pro.com, users of our farm record keeping services that are available through this Site and the data entered into the GAP Pro system by users.
Privacy Policy Updates
Certified Organic Business Solutions, LLC may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, an updated Privacy Policy will be posted on our Site along with a change notice located at GAP-Pro.com. GAP Pro may also send registered users of our services a notice that this Privacy Policy has been changed. GAP Pro encourages you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Your continued use of this Site and/or continued provision of personally identifiable information to us after the posting of such notice will be subject to the terms of the then-current Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
You can generally visit our Site without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. However, in certain sections of this Site and when you use our services, we may invite you to contact us with questions or comments or request information, provide us with feedback, or complete a registration form. Due to the nature of some of these activities, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, zip code, email address, phone number, username, password, farm name and location and other contact information that you voluntarily transmit with your communication to us.
We may use your personally identifiable information to register you to use our services, deliver our services or information you have requested, verify your authority to enter our Site and use our services, improve the content and general administration of the Site and our services, provide you with notices regarding updates or help with services that you have purchased or may wish to purchase in the future.
Cookies
We may use small text files called cookies to improve overall Site experience. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Cookies generally do not permit us to personally identify you.
Certified Organic Business Solutions, LLC intends to protect the privacy of user data in specific and in aggregate. The Site will not analyze your personal data in specific or aggregate, nor provide aggregate data to a third party.

Disclosure of Farm Records and Personally Identifiable Information within Farm Records
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not routinely disclose your farm records to third parties. We will provide your personally identifiable information to third parties if requested by the register account holder.
Access to a read-only version of your data will be provided to a third party if you indicate in your account profile that you do want your inspector to have access to your data, pay any applicable fees and said inspector is given a valid account by GAP Pro. Certified Organic Business Solutions, LLC takes no responsibility for the actions of any third party granted access by the user to the read-only version of their data.
We may, at your request, send certain information that may include personally identifiable information (for example, reports) to third parties (such as a regulatory agency). GAP Pro reserves the right to charge for sending any data to a third party if it requires special services outside those found in the Site proper.
Aggregate Information
The Site may track the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, browser type, IP addresses, and similar administrative data as collected through provision of our services.
Links to Third Party Sites
The Site may provide links to other Web sites or resources over which GAP Pro does not have control (“External Web Sites”). Such links do not constitute an endorsement by GAP Pro of those External Web Sites. You acknowledge that GAP Pro is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and further agree that GAP Pro is not responsible for the content of such External Web Sites. Your use of External Web Sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies located on the linked to External Web Sites.
Access and Security
Access to the Site is provided via password protected log in. It is the user’s responsibility to guard access to the password and hence to the Site. Please access your service account to correct, amend or delete your password and other personally identifiable information.
We may employ procedural and technological measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. GAP Pro may use firewalls, password protection, secure socket layer, and other security measures to help prevent unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information. When you register for our services, we encourage you to choose a strong password that will protect access to your account and the information contained in the GAP Pro system.
Removal of Data from Site and Termination of Access
If you wish for all of your personal information to be removed from GAP Pro’s system, you may submit a request in writing for your account to be deleted. Upon deletion, all of your personal information will be permanently expunged from our primary production servers and further access to your account will not be possible.
Failure to pay fees related to use of the Site will result in termination of access to the Site within 1 (one) to 30 (thirty) days of the end date for prepaid service at the discretion of GAP Pro. User data within the system will be maintained for a period of no less than 30 (thirty) days and no more than 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days after which all data will be permanently expunged from our primary production servers.
Notice to Users Outside the United States
This Site and our services are governed by the laws and regulations of the United States of America. Protection of information may differ from that in other countries.
As per Article 26 of the European Union’s Data Protection Directive (Directive 95/46/EC, 1995 O.J. (L 281) 31) European users are required to provide explicit consent to the transfer of personal information, regardless of the third country’s level of protection. Other countries may have similar requirements.
By agreeing to the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, you will be providing consent to the transfer of all such information to the United States of America and accept that the transmittal and processing of that information by GAP Pro on its servers located in the United States of America is governed by the laws and regulations of the United States of America and that you accept the privacy terms as described in this Privacy Policy.
